Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RAGE mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using RAGE, you agree to these Terms.

The App

RAGE is a motivation app that provides daily quotes, favorites, collections, streaks, reminders, wallpapers, widgets, and related personalization features. Some features require an active subscription.

Accounts

You may use RAGE as a guest or link your account with Google or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Subscriptions and Billing

RAGE may offer paid subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store. A free trial may be available for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms and policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Pricing and trial length shown in the app or App Store at the time of purchase apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App
  • Upload content that violates others' rights or applicable law
  • Abuse, harass, or interfere with the service or other users

Your Content

Quotes and other content you create in the App (such as custom quotes and collections) remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content to you across your devices.

Disclaimer

RAGE is provided for motivation and entertainment. Quote content may include strong language. The App is not medical, mental health, or professional advice. Use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAGE and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid anything.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
